Student Wellness Policy

  Dear Alamo Parents:

 
      The San Ramon Valley Unified School District has adopted a new Student Wellness Policy. To meet these requirements, Alamo School, along with schools district-wide, will be implementing the following:
 
·        Class parties will be limited to one treat.  
·        Birthday treats from home are no longer permitted. Your child’s birthday will be celebrated in class with his/her teacher and classmates with a food alternative (i.e. pencil, sticker, birthday crown, etc.) provided by your teacher. Your child’s teacher will address how birthdays are celebrated at Back to School Night.
·        Teachers will “avoid the use of non-nutritious foods as a reward for students’ academic performance, accomplishments, or classroom behavior.”

Mealtime Online Profiles

  • Click on https://www.mymealtime.com/
  • Once there, create a new profile (you provide the username and password) and add your student, using their student id.
  • You can log back in at any time to add money to your student’s account and see how much money they have left of their card.
